1. Who can shop at Power Boxing Sports?

Anyone can browse our store, but you must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian complete your purchase.

2. Are product prices and details always accurate?

We do our best to ensure all prices, images, and product descriptions are accurate. However, there might be a slight difference in the real product compared to what you see on the screen. And also, if we discover a pricing error or if an item becomes unavailable, we may update or cancel your order and notify you right away.

3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly usually the same day if placed before 2:00 PM GST. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled or changed. If you refuse a delivery, our standard return policy will apply.

4. How does shipping work?

We ship within the UAE, across the GCC, and to select international destinations like the UK and Europe. Shipping fees, delivery times, and customs details can be found on our Shipping Policy page.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange items within:

  • 7 days for UAE orders

  • 14 days for GCC and international orders

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. Some items like hand wraps, mouthguards, undergarments, and Final Sale products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

6. How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@powerboxingfitness.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

7. How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a return handling fee may apply.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases:

  • UAE customers may use a prepaid label (AED 25–30 deducted from refund) or their own courier.

  • International customers must cover return shipping costs.

9. What if I received a defective or wrong item?

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

10. Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes! All Power Boxing Sports gear is covered for manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care or use.

11. Who owns the content and branding on your website?

All logos, images, text, and branding on our website are the intellectual property of Power Boxing Sports and may not be used without permission.

12. Do you protect customer data?

13. Is there any liability on the customer’s end?

Power Boxing Sports is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from improper use of our products. Always follow proper training safety guidelines and product instructions.
