At Power Boxing Fitness, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days for UAE orders and within 14 days for GCC and international orders. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and labels attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@powerboxingfitness.com with your order number, details of the item(s) to be returned or exchanged, and the reason for your request. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos. Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order qualifies for free shipping, a standard return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges are possible depending on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we may offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund. We ask that returned items be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Return shipping fees within the UAE range between AED 25 to AED 30, which may be deducted from your refund if a return label is provided. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include hand wraps, mouthguards, undergarments, and any personalized or customized items. Products marked as Final Sale are also ineligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a product that is defective or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note that returns that do not meet our stated criteria may be declined. Power Boxing Fitness reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of repeated misuse or abuse of our policy.
